ABOUT US
Chartwell Land Company got its start in planning, developing, and building residential communities for production home builders. Over the years, however, Chartwell Land Company has developed a passion for Traditional Neighborhood Design. We are currently in the process of phasing out our conventional production mindset with a new trajectory towards place making.
OUR VISION
Our vision is place making. Places that are authentic, beautiful, and will stand the test of time. Wade Weissman is a world renowned architect that starts every project with one single inquiry to his clients: how do you want to live? Architectural style, layout, and size are all meaningless if you don't understand how people want to live. Our mission is to understand how people want to live and create places that facilitate that livelihood.
WHAT WE DO
We plan, develop, and build communities from small scale in-fill to high density master plans. As we continue our trajectory towards Traditional Neighborhood Design, we intend to focus on projects where we will have a long term involvement in the community.
OUR COMMUNITY
We feel a deep responsibility for the work we do. We are stewards of our projects and we keep in mind the people who will live in these neighborhoods. A hundred years from now, every building will either be something so uninspired that it SHOULD be reduced to a pile of rubble to make way for something new. Or, it will be something beautiful that MUST be saved to carry on a history that is worth remembering.
Our Team
Levi has spent his whole life around construction. As a child he spent weekends on the job sites of his father’s construction company. While getting his bachelor’s degree from Gonzaga University he worked as a construction laborer. In 2012 Levi begin working in real estate building, remodeling and development. In his career he has planned, developed and/or built over 3,000 residential units.
Levi has a passion for Traditional Neighborhood Design and classic/timeless architecture. He likes old cars, old whisky, and all things Winston Churchill.

There is nothing more important on this earth than Levi's family. He has been blessed with an amazing wife, Meredith, and three amazing kids Kemper, Ivy, and Hallie.

Above all else, Levi seeks to sever the Lord Jesus and is constantly reminded of His blessings and faithfulness.
